Apartment terms and conditions Booking procedure A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. This card will not be charged unless you have given authorisation to do so. Payment procedure Full payment for your booking will be on arrival at the hotel. Cancellation policy Reservations less than 7 Nights The Cancellation of a reservation of 7 nights or less should be done by no later than 2pm (British time) one day prior to the arrival date. For late cancellations or no shows a one-night cancellation charge will be charged. Reservations over 7 Nights - The Cancellation policies and charges for reservations over 7 nights will vary and this will be agreed and confirmed upon making the reservation.
