To confirm your booking, we will need a credit card to guarantee the apartment or where a deposit has been received for the reservation. Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking. You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at the Citadines apartment. Deposit The deposit for a booking will be the equivalent of: Reservations accepted by Citadines, subject to a deposit, will be held until five days before the scheduled arrival date. If the required deposit has not been received at least five days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Citadines reserves the right to demand a security deposit on arrival. Accepted credit cards American Express, Visa, Diners, MasterCard, JCB Cancellation policy Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours prior to arrival (latest 3pm UK time a day prior) in writing.
