Situated in the trendy Clerkenwell area of London, there is a wide selection of shops, buzzy restaurants and bars on your doorstep, offering everything from large supermarkets and clothing stores to fashionable boutiques and antique dealers.  The apartment is based on the City Road, which is easily accessible to the City/Central London and to the Angel tube for convenient travel.

Gatwick Airport - Bus
There is a frequent Airbus service, the A5, to Victoria coach station, London. The first service departs the North Terminal at 5:15 a.m., the last at 9:50 p.m. During the day there is an hourly service departing the North Terminal at 50 minutes past the hour. Departures from the South Terminal are 5 minutes later. Journey time is around 90 minutes. There are direct Speedlink bus services to Heathrow and Luton airports and services to major towns and cities in the UK.

Gatwick Airport - Taxi
Journey time to central London takes about 60 to 70 minutes and cost to central London is around £65.

Gatwick Airport - Train
A number of trains service run direct from Gatwick Airport Station into London. Gatwick Express trains run every 15 minutes from 5:20 a.m. to 12:50 a.m. and hourly overnight. Thameslink trains run through London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and King's Cross. Four trains run every hour during the day.

Heathrow Airport - Bus
The Airbus links Heathrow Terminals with many London hotels and some main line rail stations. Departing at every 20 to 30 minutes, journey time takes around 60 to 75 minutes. Other than this, the Airbus also links many rail stations and hotels with different destinations at each Terminal. Scheduled bus and coach services run to major towns and cities throughout the UK from the central Bus Station. There is pedestrian access to the bus station from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Connections are also available to London Gatwick, Luton and Stansted airports. There is an all night bus service from Heathrow to central London.

Heathrow Airport - Taxi
There are signages for guidance in Arrival areas of each terminal for taxi ranks. Journey time to central London is around 45 to 60 minutes and fare is around £35 to £45.

Heathrow Airport - Train
Heathrow has two rail services to central London. In addition to the London Underground (The Tube) is the Heathrow Express service to London Paddington station. Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes. The journey time is approximately 15 minutes.

Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

Reservation shall be binding only if guaranteed by a valid credit card or where a deposit has been received.

Deposit

The deposit for a reservation will be equivalent to two nights for reservations of between 7-29 nights and three nights stay for reservations of 30 nights or more, plus VAT.

Cancellation policy

Up to 29 Nights stay

Cancellations must be notified 7 days prior to arrival

30 Nights+

A notice period of 14 nights will be required to avoid a cancellation fee being levied.

Any cancellation received after the above days or ‘no shows’, St Marks will retain or invoice the value of 7 or 14 nights depending on the reserved length of stay.
