Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

To confirm your booking, we will need a credit/debit card to guarantee the apartment.  Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking.  You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at reception.  All guest will be required to complete a registration card upon arrival.

Accepted credit cards

Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, American Express is accepted.  Payment by credit/debit card is subject to 2% surcharge.

Payment
For stays of 1-13 nights, you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

For stays of 14 - 90 nights, you will be asked to pay in full prior to arrival.

For stays of 91+ nights, you will be asked to pay equivalent to one month rent prior to arrival, then a payment of 1 rolling month in advance.
 

Security Deposit
For stays of between 1 - 13 nights, a credit/debit card authorization is required.

For stays of between 14 and 90 nights, a deposit of £250 per apartment will be required upon arrival.  Refund within 1 week after departure if no damage.

For stays of 91+ nights, a deposit of £500 per apartment will be required upon arrival.  Refund within 1 week after departure if no damage.
 

Cancellation policy

  • For stays of between 1-13 nights cancellation is free if made by 12pm on day of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night stay.
  • For stays of between 14 - 90 nights cancellation is free if made at least 8 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights stay.
  • For stays of 91+ nights cancellation is free if made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 14 nights stay.
