I was reading an article today by Mike Myatt, who is the Managing Director of N2Growth in the USA and I felt so motivated by his honesty and clarity of vision.  It made me think even more about my own vision and mission for Quality London Apartments.  Questions came to my mind: such as what is our company vision? What do we stand for?

Then, I felt a calmness and purpose that I had not felt for a while.  This is no esoteric management speak, but a sense of purpose and desire to help people.  So here goes:

Vision

My vision is for Quality London Apartments to be the best in what we do, which is to serve our guests.  The root desire at the foundation of this company is to help our guest make a great choice.  It is not about us, it is about the guest!

What do we believe in?

Our goals for 2007

• Take care of our guests from the first point of contact to when they have left the apartment

• Listen and learn to all of our guest’s feedback, because we believe in constant improvement.

• Share knowledge with all travellers and teach them the benefits of staying in a London serviced apartment as opposed to hotels

• Wow our guests so much, they come back for more!

• Help even more guests than in 2006, and if we cannot help directly, we will recommend someone who can

• Expand our portfolio UK wide, so our guests can travel throughout the UK and not just London

I told you that this was no management speak, and it is all about you ….the guest.
