I was reading an article today in the local newspaper about a hugely expensive ‘girl’s night’ package at an un-named 5 star hotel in London.  It sounded a very fun and glamorous but at quite a price….£395 for 2 girls per night.  That’s quite a sum for one night for two people, with a welcome box of goodies like popcorn.  No insult intended to the 5 star hotel, as I am sure the ambience and luxury surroundings is part of the price.

But, it is January and all of our hard-earned money has been blown on Christmas presents.  So, here is an idea!

Reserve a nice apartment in central London for 4 girls.  If you are on a really tight budget, choose something like a one bedroom (has 1 double bed and one double sofa bed) apartment in Covent Garden for £166.88 which works out an average of £41.72 per person.  Of if you have more cash to spend, choose a 2 bedroom apartment in a plush apartment in Victoria from £300 per night but includes breakfast for 4, free access to executive lounge for drinks and free gym.  Works out at £75 per person.

For the rest of the night, make it a pyjama party to remember.  Go to the local shops to stock up on crisps, popcorns and everybody’s favourite….chocolate. 

See….a girl’s night out to beat all 5 star hotels!
