Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

You will be required to give a credit card to guarantee the booking.  100% Payment will be required either on this credit card or via a bank transfer.  Please note that there may be a small surcharge if you do decide to pay by credit card.

We will also require a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card, your signature on a pre-authorisation form to allow approval of monies to be deducted from the credit card.  As Hertford street apartments are linked to the Brick Street apartment and they are of the same design and pricing, allocation of apartment will be done closer to arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is 28 days from time of arrival.  Any cancellation within 28 days will mean that you will be charged 100% of the monies.
