Apartment terms and conditions Booking process To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit card to guarantee. This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment. Payment The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling to Clarendon UK. All payment of monies must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival. Or in the case of short lead bookings, the monies need to be paid immediately upon confirming of the booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, credit card. Clarendon UK accepts all major credit cards. Please note that there may be a credit card surcharge of between 2-4% if you are paying monies via credit card. To confirm bookings, the guest needs to sign and fax back the Guest registration form, terms & conditions to Clarendon Apartments.
