Area: Situated on a quiet residential area, away from the busy main road, these serviced London apartments epitomises modern contemporary living. There are many shops just within walking distance of the apartments, so you can buy food from supermarkets or visit Notting Hill Market on a Saturday for an all day experience. Nearest Airport
Apartment features: All are spacious studio apartments with varying configuration and room layout. The décor is all similar with wooden floors, cream walls and a lot more spacious than most studio apartments in London. All studios have kitchen units with fridge, microwave, cooker/hobs, so you can be very self sufficient. Half of the studios are all on one level with king size beds, while the other half is separated into mezzanine levels with the double bed on the top and sitting room/kitchen unit at the bottom. Apartment terms and conditions Booking process A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent is required upon confirmation of booking, then the remainder at least one week prior to arrival. Payment by credit card will be subject to a credit card surcharge of between 2.5 – 4%. Credit Cards accepted Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB, Fortoak. American Express not accepted. Cancellation policy Applicable to all cancellations, a non-refundable 1 week deposit will apply. Please give 1 month notice prior to arrival if you wish to cancel to ensure that no other cancellation charges apply.
