Apartment terms and conditions

Booking Process

All bookings need to be confirmed with a credit card to guarantee.  All payment for the apartment needs to be made 24 hours prior to arrival.  Payment can be via all credit, debit cards, bank transfer, cheque.  There is no surcharge if paying by credit card.  A guest registration form will need to be signed and faxed back to the apartments to confirm the booking.

Cancellation policy

Stays of 5 – 29 nights

Any bookings for stays of between 5 – 29 nights must be cancelled at least 7 working days prior to the arrival date in order to not incur a charge.  If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to arrival date, refund is subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 3 nights.  All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

Stays of +30 nights

Any bookings for stays of 30 nights or more must be cancelled at least 28 working days prior to the arrival date in order to not incur a charge.  If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to arrival date, refund is subject to the apartment being re-let; subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 3 nights.  All cancellation and or notification of early departure must be received in writing.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
