The team at Collingham Apartments recommend that you take the train to Gloucester Road tube, then follow the Harrington Gardens route to the Collinghams Apartments.  It is a peaceful walk because it is through leafy residential area.  There is definitely an oasis from the main roads as it is a delight to visit.  There are many cafes, supermarkets just within 5 minutes walk away from the apartments.  You can choose from Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose or many smaller specialist shops.

Rates are valid from 1st April 2009 to 31st December 2010.  These rates are per apartment per night and inclusive of Value Added Tax @17.5%.  Please add £20 per night for the use of a Sofa bed
(sofa bed suitable for either 1 adult or 2 children under 10).

Apartment terms and conditions

Confirmation of Reservations
To confirm a reservation, Collingham Apartments require written, faxed or emailed confirmation together with your preferred method of payment. We accept all major Credit Cards, Company Cheques, Bankers Drafts or Bank Transfers

Method of Payment
A deposit of 25% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:-
More than 28 days prior to arrival - No Charge
14 - 28 days prior to arrival - 25%
7 â?? 13 days prior to arrival - 50%
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100%

The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.

Damage Liability
Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £350 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. This is without prejudice to any claim by Collingham Serviced Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.

Occupation
The number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is limited to the number of beds provided therein.

Occupation cannot be guaranteed before 2.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation must be by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

The Management reserves the right without notice to take possession of the accommodation in the event of non payment or any other breach of the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
