Averaging 30 Square Metres, the Suite is similar in décor.  The walls are cream, warm wooden furniture, bed dressed in warm mustard damask bed covers.  Windows are elegantly draped with butterscotch curtains.  The suites are intimate and compact.  There is a double bed which cannot be split.

Booking procedure

Shaftesbury Hogarth Kensington Suite can be booked in the same way as a hotel. You must provide a debit/credit card as a guarantee of the booking.

How you will pay for your apartment(s)

A deposit is required immediately upon booking as set below.  Then, you will be asked on arrival for the full balance at the rate you booked at.  You can pay by card or cash upon check in.

  • Stays of less than 7 nights is subject to 2 nights deposit, the balance will be paid upon arrival.  Deposits are refundable subject to cancellation policy as set below
  • Stays of 7 nights or longer is subject to 50% deposit then balance will be paid upon arrival.  Deposits are refundable subject to cancellation policy as set below

Credit Cards

The apartments accept all major credit cards.  There are no credit card surcharge if you pay by credit card.

Security Deposit

As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay.

Confirmation of booking
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and deposit. You will be asked on arrival for full payment of balance at the rate you booked at.

Cancellation policy

  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior (before 2pm UK time) to arrival without penalty.
  • Reservations cancelled on or within 1 day prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night room and tax charges.
  • Non arrival or late cancellation will be chargeable equal to 1 night room and tax charges.
