All prices are including VAT at 17.5%.  Rates are shown per week.  A booking/telephone deposit of £500 is required.  Prices for long stays of a minimum one month is negotiable, so please ask.

Apartment terms and conditions

Booking procedure

A credit/debit card is required to guarantee your booking.  A deposit of £500 is required to confirm the reservations.  During peak time one week's deposit is required.

Cancellations and Refunds:
In all cases, upon cancellation of a reservation, a fee of £70.00 will be retained against administrative expenses. If cancellation is made 14 days prior to the arrival date, a charge of £250.00 will be retained, if less than 7 days notice is given, the full deposit will be retained.

Deposit

A full week's deposit is required during peak season.  Upon cancellation the full week's deposit will be forfeited.

N.B. No specific flat can definitely be booked in the event that it may become unavailable.
