Apartment terms and conditions

Reservation
To guarantee a reservation credit card details are required and the following deposit policy applies. Reservations of less than a week - full pre-payment is required. Reservation of 1 week or longer - 1 week's rental + VAT is required. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid immediately upon arrival.

All deposits are due 4-6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

 
Breakages
Breakages and damages will be charged for.

Telephones
On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges. Telephone calls are charged on a per second billing basis equivalent to 27p per unit in respect of local calls. Each apartment has its own direct line

Cancellations
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 14 days prior to arrival a full refund is given. However, where less than 14 days notice is given no refund will be made, unless the accommodation can be re-let.
