Apartment terms and conditions Booking process To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit card to guarantee. This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment. Payment The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling to Bolton Gardens in full prior to arrival. Payment will be taken upon confirmation of booking. Payment can be made credit/debit card. Bolton Gardens accepts Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro. Please note that there is a credit card surcharge of 2% if you are paying monies via credit card. Debit card is free. Security deposit A security deposit in the form of a signature that doubles up as a credit/debit card imprint is taken prior to arrival. Cancellation policy It is free to cancel if the client gives notice of at least 28 days prior to arrival in writing. If you were to cancel less than 28 days prior to arrival you would only be refunded subject to the re-let of your apartment. If your apartment was not successfully re-let you would stand the full charge without refund.
