Large One Bedroom Apartment
This is a more spacious one bedroom apartment, and consists of a double bed with double sofa bed and separate lounge/dining area/kitchen.  Can accommodate up to 4 people.

Booking procedure

Hyde Park Suites Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the reservations.

What your credit card will be charged at time of booking

Your card will be charged a holding non-refundable deposit as illustrated below.

How you will pay for your apartment(s)

A deposit is required to guarantee the booking.  

• For stays of less than 4 weeks, a £100 deposit per apartment is required.
• For stays of 4 weeks or more a deposit equivalent to a full weekâ??s rent is required. 

The charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total bill after arrival.

Balance of bill is to be paid upon arrival at reception.

Credit Cards

Hyde Park Suites accepts all credit cards except American Express or Diners Club cards.  Please note that all payment by debit or credit card is subject to surcharge charge of 3%. Bank transfer or cash is free.

Checking in

All arrivals must go to the main reception at 11 Inverness Terrace to check in and payment of apartment.

Security Deposit

As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay.

Cancellation policy

Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 5 weeks:

• Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival: the apartment will charge the £100 non-refundable holding deposit
• Cancellation made 29 to 15 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the whole stay
• Cancellation made 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
• No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 5 weeks:

• Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the whole stay
• Cancellation made 29 to 8 days before arrival will be charged 50 % of the whole stay
• No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival will be charged the whole stay charge

Reducing the number of nights:

If you wish to shorten your length of stay, and give over 15 days notice prior to arrival and administration fee of £15 per night will be charged.

If you give between 1 to 15 days prior to arrival you will be charged 1/3 of 1 night's price per night.
