Apartment features: One bedroom/one bathroom This apartment has a double bed with separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom with shower. Can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bedroom There are two styles: There is a two bedroom with a double bed, twin beds in the second bedroom, seperate kitchen, lounge and only one bathroom. The second type has a double bed in one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the second has 2 x twin singles with a small shower room. There is a separate kitchen, lounge. Both styles can accommodate up to 6 persons. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. We cannot guarantee either styles and can request only, subject to availability. Three bedroom/two bathroom This apartment has a double bed in one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second has 2 x twin singles and a smaller third bedroom with bunk beds. Apartment terms and conditions Booking process To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit card to guarantee. This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment. Payment The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling to Allen House in full upon arrival. Payment can be made credit/debit card/cash. Allen House accepts all major credit/debit cards. Cancellation policy It is free to cancel if the client gives notice of at least 21 days prior to arrival in writing. If the guest was to cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival, they would only be refunded subject to the re-let of the apartment. If the apartment was not successfully re-let the apartment will charge in full without refund.
