Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment

Deluxe Three Bedroom Apartment

Apartment terms & conditions

How to Book

51 Buckingham Gate Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel. Simply complete the secure online booking form and submit. As well as choosing your exact apartment requirements, you will be asked for your credit card details, this is necessary to confirm the booking.

What your credit card will be charged at time of booking

For bookings for of less than 7 nights your credit card will NOT be charged.

For bookings of between 7 and 90 nights your credit card will be charged a minimum* of 50% of the total cost of accommodation as a deposit (*during high season full prepayments may be requested).

For bookings of 3 months or more an advanced payment equivalent to 2 months accommodation will be required - 1 month as a deposit and 1 month as a prepayment. For the remaining months of the contract advanced payment will be required on a monthly or quarterly basis - to be agreed at the time of contract.

Deposits are completely refundable as long as bookings are cancelled within the terms of the cancellation policy (see below).

How you will pay for your apartment(s)

You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

51 Buckingham Gate Apartments accept all major credit cards.

Security Deposit

As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay. This authorisation will be cancelled on departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations for stays of 6 nights or less must be made at least 24 hours before arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.

Cancellations for stays of between 7 and 13 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the deposit taken at time of booking.

Cancellations for stays of between 14 and 28 nights must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal of a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations for stays of between 29 and 90 nights must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal of a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
