Booking procedure

A bankers draft or bank transfer of £500 deposit is required to secure a booking – bank sort code and account details to be provided upon application.  This deposit will be refunded 1 week after departure subject to no damage in apartment.

Payment

For all stays of up to 90 days full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.  A £500.00 bankers draft is required upon arrival and will be returned to the guest if no damage is incurred. 

A tenancy agreement must be completed and signed by the guest 28 days prior to arrival.

All payments to be made by bankers draft or via bank transfer. 

Cancellation

Cancellation is free if made by latest 28 days prior to arrival.  Late cancellation incurs 100% charge.
