Held within an elegant, statuesque building, the apartments are situated within a leafy residential area and yet are only 5 minutes walk away from the vibrant Paddington area.  Just around the corner from the serviced apartments you will find many international restaurants ranging from Mandarin Chinese to the traditional Italian Trattoria.  There is also plenty of small corner shops or super-marches to buy your groceries.  Based on the doorstep of Heathrow Express at Paddington means that travelling from/to Heathrow airport is very convenient.  The area is also within walking distance to Edgware Road, a haven of Middle East shops and cuisine.  Central London and access to all the major attractions is only 10 minutes away by train.

Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit/debit card to guarantee.  This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment.

Payment

Full payment for the rental is due no later than 14 days prior to the arrival day unless otherwise agreed. The rental is calculated at the weekly rate offered. Please note that payment by credit card is subject to 2-4% surcharge, whilst debit card or bank transfer is free.

Security deposit

A security deposit in the form of a signature that doubles up as a credit/debit card imprint is taken prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
Unless otherwise agreed you may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty by giving notice at least 14 days before the booked arrival day.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the booked arrival day will be charged for two weeks rent or the total amount due whichever is the lower.
