Booking process

To confirm your booking, a credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment or where deposit has been received for the reservation. The card of the guest is to be used to confirm the apartment.  Full payment is required upon arrival at reception.

Deposit

  • For booking with a lead time of 7 days. Payment of the deposit guaranteed by a major credit card will be required

Reservation accepted by ABC Apartments, subject to a deposit will be held until 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the required deposit has not been received at least.

If the deposit has not been received by five days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. ABC Apartments reserves the right to demand a security deposit on arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free if made at least 21 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation made less than 21 days prior to date of arrival is subject to a cancellation charge of three days rental (at the prevailing daily rate) plus VAT or for bookings in excess of two weeks, a week’s cancellation charge (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
