Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

A credit/debit card to guarantee the booking.  You will be required to sign and fax back a credit card pre-authorisation form to allow approval of monies to be deducted from the credit card.  Full payment is upon arrival as well as a copy of your passport.  Please note that payment by credit card is subject to 2-4% surcharge, whilst debit card or bank transfer incurs no charge.

Cards accepted

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro.  No Diners card accepted.

Security Authorization

Upon arrival all bookings will have a £500-£1000 authorization placed on their card.  This is only held on the card and not taken out at all.  The authorization will be released upon guest departure, subject to no breakages/damages to the apartment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free if made 14 days prior to arrival.  If cancellation is made less than 14 days, the full amount is taken by the apartments.  Where the apartment can re-sell the nights, they will refund back to the guest.
