Apartment terms and conditions

Reservations

A credit/debit card is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation.  During non-peak season, no deposit required, full payment required upon arrival.  During peak summer season (July to September) a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week of your accommodation is required at time of booking.  The full balance of accommodation charges is payable at least 28 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit

Please note that upon arrival at the apartment, the apartment require equivalent to one week deposit as a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holder's account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.  A copy of guest passport is also required upon arrival.

Cancellation

During non-peak season cancellation is free if made at least 14 days prior to arrival.  For all cancellation during the peak summer season (July to September) the one week deposit given at time of booking is non-refundable.  If you cancel more than 28 days prior to arrival then you will only lose the one week deposit and nothing more.  If cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
