There are 3 categories: Superior and Deluxe.  The Superior one bedroom has a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 people, the Deluxe is more spacious that the Superior.  Accommodate up to 2 people.

 
Two Bedroom Apartment
There are 3 categories: Superior, Deluxe and Super Deluxe.  The Superior two bedroom has a 2 double beds and one bathroom, the Deluxe is more spacious that the Superior and consists of two bathrooms and the Super Deluxe is even larger also with two bathrooms.  Accommodate up to 4 people. Some of the beds can be split into twins.

Three Bedroom Apartment

There are 3 categories: Superior, Deluxe and Super Deluxe.  The Superior three bedroom has 3 double beds and can accommodate up to 6 people, the Deluxe is more spacious that the Superior and consists of 3 double beds and a sofa bed so can accommodate up to 7 people.  The Super Deluxe is even larger also with 3 double beds and a sofa bed so can accommodate up to 7 people.  Each apartments have 3 bathrooms.

Apartment terms and conditions

Booking Procedure
This apartment can be booked like a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment.  Cards accepted are American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Payment
For bookings of 1-6 nights, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a deposit equal to the first nights' stay will be charged to your card.

For bookings of 7 nights or more, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a 25% deposit will be taken.

All bookings made within four weeks of arrival will be charged in full. 

Payment
On arrival, you will be asked for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
For stays of up to one month, a deposit of £200.00 will be taken to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during your stay. For stays of more than one month the deposit would be £500.00.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel or change a confirmed reservation, the following policy applies.

For bookings made for 2-6 nights+

  • 72 hours notice is required for free cancellation
  • Less than 72 hours constitutes a 1 night charge for bookings of 2-3 nights
  • Less than 72 hours constitutes a 2 night charge for bookings of 4-6 nights+

For bookings made for 7 nights+

  • Minimum of 14 days advance notice of arrival date 0% cancellation
  • Less than 14 days constitutes a 3 night charge for bookings of 7-28 nights
  • Less than 14 days constitutes a 7 night charge for bookings of 29 nights+

Any monies taken at booking stage after a cancellation occurs will be refunded in accordance with the above cancellation charging structure.
