Sunday Fee 

Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm.  Last free pick up from tube station is at 4.45pm, otherwise we leave keys out and organise a late check in.

Booking Procedure
The Kilburn Studio can be booked like a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment. 

Payment                         

Total monies will need to be paid in at check in.  Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards are accepted for payments £250 or over (5% fee), all money less than this amount must be paid in cash or bankers draft.  Reservation Fee: All short term bookings are subject to a one off £5 per person reservation fee.

Deposit/Bond

All guests will be required to provide the following upon arrival: Credit card security bond, plus sign and agree to our terms and conditions

Amendments

Any changes to booking must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. These are subject to availability & incur a £25 charge. 

Sunday Fee

Checking in on a Sunday will incur a £25 fee. Please note : Last check in is 4.45pm.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours prior to arrival in writing.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours or a no show, a charge equivalent to one night will be charged.
