Apartment terms and conditions

Payment

The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling (GBP) to the Apartments.  The initial rental payment and charges will be due on or before the rental term and on or before each extension of the rental period or part thereof.  Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged for any late payments.

The Client will be responsible for all rental costs until the property is re-let by the Apartments. This applies to all bookings that are cancelled within 28 days of the move in date.  There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 30 days of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 30 days. 

To confirm bookings, the guest needs to sign and fax back the Guest registration form, terms & conditions and a copy of their passport to Marlin Apartments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free if made in writing at least 3 days prior to arrival.  If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 3 days of the move-in date, the apartments will charge 100% for the cancelled nights.  The cancellation notice must be in writing (email accepted) and will come into effect from the date of receipt.  All extensions are subject to availability.
