The largest of the studio apartments offers a combined living and sleeping area with a full kitchen, a king sized bed and a sofa bed which is suitable for one adult. In addition, there is a large bathroom and outdoor space.   Use of the sofa bed in this apartment is subject to an additional charge.  33 sqm. Accommodate up to 3 people.

Standard One Bedroom Apartment 

Suitable for up to four adults, this apartment has one bedroom with a king sized bed, a full kitchen and a living area. Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit/debit card to guarantee.  This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment.

Payment

Full payment for the rental is to be paid upon arrival at the apartments.  Credit cards accept are: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro

Security deposit

An imprint of your credit/debit card is taken upon arrival in lieu of a security deposit.

Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed you may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty by giving notice at least 14 days before the booked arrival day.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the booked arrival day will be charged for 1 night if your stay is less than 7 nights and for stays of over 7 nights you will be charged for 3 nights stay.
