Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

To confirm your booking, we will need a credit/debit card to guarantee the apartment.  All guest will be required to complete a contract upon arrival.

Accepted credit cards

Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro is accepted.  Payment by debit or credit card is subject to 2% surcharge.  American Express is not accepted.

Payment

For stays of 14 - 90 nights, you will be asked to pay in full prior to arrival. For bookings of minimum one month, a rolling one month payment is required in advance. 

For stays of 91+ nights, you will be asked to pay equivalent to one month rent prior to arrival, then a payment of 1 rolling month in advance.
 

Security Deposit

For stays of between 14 and 90 nights, a deposit of equivalent to 2 weeks or 1 month depending on length of stay will be required upon arrival.  Refund within 1 week after departure if no damage.

For stays of 91+ nights, a deposit of £500 per apartment will be required upon arrival.  Refund within 1 week after departure if no damage.
 

Cancellation policy

  • For stays of between 14 - 90 nights cancellation is free if made at least 8 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights stay.
  • For stays of 91+ nights cancellation is free if made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 30 nights stay.
