Fraser Place Canary Wharf rates are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% but drops to by 3.5% from the 28th night.  Please note that prices are subject to changes without prior notice.

Apartment terms and conditions

Security Deposit

A credit card pre-authorisation of £250.00 will be required upon check-in.

Payment policy

Fraser requires full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays from 4 weeks onwards.  Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. 

Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details for Fraser Residences will be re-confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued.

A credit card number and expiry date of the tenant will be asked when making a booking to guarantee the apartment and to cover extra charges made by the tenant during his stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf e.g. telephone & internet charges.

Cancellation policy

There will be no cancellation charges if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.

The following cancellation charges shall apply for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date:

  • one night for the stays of less than 7 nights
  • two nights for the stays from seven to 28 nights
  • three nights for the stays of more than 28 nights

Group terms and conditions are subject to a different cancellation policy.

Tenancy Agreement (only applicable for stays of 6 months and over)

The tenant will be asked to sign a general tenancy agreement. If a third party wants to settle the invoice with rent and VAT on behalf of the tenant, Fraser will require the full name, address, telephone & fax number and email address from the latter in addition to the tenant’s contact details.

Deposit (only applicable for stays of 6 months and over)

To confirm a booking, Fraser requires a deposit of 4 weeks rent exclusive of VAT.  A full refund will be organised no later than 3 weeks after departure if the apartment is left in good condition (as specified in tenancy agreement).
