The rates include VAT at 17.5% for the first 28 nights and will be at 3.5% thereafter.  Minimum night stay is normally 7 nights, but stays of below 7 nights are available upon request.  Rates are subject to change without prior notice.  Rates are valid from 1st January to 31st December 2008.

Apartment terms and conditions

Payment

The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling to Marlin Apartments.  The initial rental payment and charges will be due on or before the rental term and on or before each extension of the rental period or part thereof.  Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged for any late payments.

The Client will be responsible for all rental costs until the property is re-let by Marlin Apartments. This applies to all bookings that are cancelled within 28 days of the move in date.  There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 30 days of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 30 days. 

To confirm bookings, the guest needs to sign and fax back the Guest registrations form, terms & conditions and a copy of their passport to Marlin Apartments. 

Cancellation Policy

The Client will give 30 days written notice or notice equal to the initial booking period (if less than 30 days) of the move out date.  All extensions are subject to availability.
