Area: The area just on the outskirts of the City where the financial heart of London is based. It is a safe area only a stone's throw away from the Tower Hill Docklands Light Railway which will take you into the East End of London or Canary Wharf within 8 minutes. Or if you wish to go to Oxford Street or Bond Street for shopping, the District line will take you there within 10 minutes. If you walk over the Tower Bridge you will find some wonderful Italian restaurants on the other side of the Thames. Apartment terms and conditions Payment The Client will pay all rent and charges in pounds sterling (GBP) to Marlin Apartments. The initial rental payment and charges will be due on or before the rental term and on or before each extension of the rental period or part thereof. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged for any late payments. The Client will be responsible for all rental costs until the property is re-let by Marlin Apartments. This applies to all bookings that are cancelled within 28 days of the move in date. There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 30 days of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 30 days. To confirm bookings, the guest needs to sign and fax back the Guest registration form, terms & conditions and a copy of their passport to Marlin Apartments. Cancellation Policy Cancellation is free if made in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 14 days of the move-in date, Marlin will charge 100% for the cancelled nights. The cancellation notice must be in writing (email accepted) and will come into effect from the date of receipt. All extensions are subject to availability.
