Santini Apartments History

The Santini serviced apartments building dates back to the 17th century and was the original home of the famous Czech architect, Jan Blaj Santini (1677-1723). He was of Italian origin and one of the top architects of the High Baroque period, in fact he created the world-famous Baroque Gothic style.  Santini's works and design is reflected throughout Prague.  You can see his influence on the St Nicolas' Church, the Italian Embassy and even the current US Embassy.  In memory to Santini, each serviced apartment is named after his children and as you can imagine, he had a large family!

Children up to 5 years of age goes free and from 6 to 12 years is 60 Euro per night. Rates include VAT and all taxes, rich breakfast served in the room, free high-speed internet connection, free coffee and tea amenities, LCD TV.

Booking procedure

A credit card is required to guarantee the booking.  We will need all credit card details including expiry date, number of card and security number.

The Passport number is requested upon arrival at Santini Apartments.

Payment for the accommodation

Upon your arrival you will be asked by Santini Apartments for pre-authorisation of your credit card. Alternatively, you can leave a deposit in Czech currency.

Payment for the apartment in on departure day and is in CZK.

Cancellation policy

Individual reservation can be cancelled without any charge until 12:00 Noon one day (Prague time) before the arrival day.

In case of late cancellation or no-show we charge the equivalent amount of 1 night to the client.

Guest terms and conditions

Children policy:

Children up to 5 years of age free of charge. Children from 6 to 12 for 50 % discount sharing their parentâ??s apartment. We are happy to offer children facilities.

In case of travelling with pets, we request clients to contact us first to confirm the booking also for their pets.
