Apartment features:

There are 53 fully furnished and elegant apartments within the building.  The serviced apartments are either Studios, or one bedrooms, but rooms do interconnect, so it is an ideal base for a large group or for families.

Studio Apartments

Averaging 38 Square Metres, the Studio is perfect for when you want a compact yet spacious apartment.  Each studio apartment provides separate living and sleeping areas, a self contained working area a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom.

One Bedroom Apartment

Averaging a spacious 54 square metre, and has all the facilities as the Studio but offers you much more room for a least two people.  For three people, you can use the free sofa bed in the living room, or if you are a family of four, we can book 2 interconnecting One bedroom apartment.

General features of apartments

  • Bedrooms: Queen size bed (no twins available) in all rooms, all with crisp white linen, and a touch of a cherry red bed blanket to break up the white.  Marriott top of the range mattress and plump pillow guaranteed in all rooms.  There is a sofa bed in the living room for either 1 adult or 1 child.
  • Fully equipped kitchen in all apartments: dishwasher, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hood, china, glassware, cutleries.  Everything you need to cook your favourite dishes!  There is also a bar alcove linked to the kitchen.
  • Laundry/washing/dryer is not within individual apartments, but within a communal room on each building floor.  Complimentary use for all guests.
  • Marble bathroom – most with bath/shower combination
  • Living rooms are tastefully designed with cherry red sofas, and deep green carpets set against warm cream walls.  The dining area has a table and chairs all within the living room.  Very welcoming.
