Booking procedure Your credit card will be required to confirm all booking. The payment of the booking will be upon check-in at the Andel Hotel & Apartment reception. Any extras incurred during the stay will be paid during the check-out procedure. Terms and Conditions All bookings, changes and cancellations require confirmation in writing. Cancellation policy No cancellation fee applicable if cancellation is by 3:00pm (Prague time) one day prior to arrival. In the event of later cancellations or no shows, an equivalent of 1 night stay will be the charged to the guest. Early check-out is also subject to a charge of 1 night stay unless Andel apartment was notified by 3:00pm one day prior to the new departure date. In such case no charges will be levied. For longer stays of 7 nights or more, a special cancellation policy will apply.
