There are 47 fully furnished and elegant apartments within the building.  The apartments are made up of either a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom but some rooms also interconnect.

Studio apartments

Averaging 45 Square Metres, the Studio is perfect for when you want a compact yet spacious apartment.  Each studio apartment provides separate living and sleeping areas, a self contained working area a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom.

One Bedroom apartments

Averaging a spacious 56 square metre, and has all the facilities as the Studio but offers you much more room for a least two people.  For three people, you can order a rollaway bed.

Two Bedroom apartments

Averaging a spacious 91 square metre, and has all the facilities as the One Bedroom apartments but offers you much more room for a least four people.  For five people, you can order a rollaway bed.  Perfect for families.

Rates are valid from 1st January 2006  to 31st December 2006 and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.  Rates are based on a continuous length of stay and are also subject to change without prior notice.  For stays over a 6 months period, a lease agreement will need to be drawn up and signed.

Bookings Procedure

Booking these apartments is very simple, just like booking a hotel.  You can confirm the apartments using your credit card.

Payment procedure

Payment of apartments will be upon departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made by 4pm one day prior to arrival will ensure that there will be no cancellation charge.  Any cancellations which is not within this time will be charged at the equivalent to a 1 night of the booking.
