Apartment terms and conditions Security Deposit To confirm a booking a refundable deposit exclusive of VAT equivalent to one month's deposit is required at time of confirmation. A full refund will be organised within 15 working days after departure. Payment policy In addition to the deposit, Fraser Place also request pre-payment comprising of 4 weeks rent inclusive of VAT. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details for Fraser Apartments will be confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued. Cancellation policy If a confirmed booking is cancelled at least 28 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge. If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, one week's rent inc VAT will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival there is a 3 week's rent charged (May-Oct) or 2 week's rent for bookings during Nov-April.
